Nikos Kakavoulis is the Digital Strategy Director of Amplifier, an investment unit of Antenna Group. He started his career as an editor first of Esquire and then of Status magazine. It raised $4m from leading American VCs, becoming the first Greek startup to raise money in the US. In 2014 he transitioned out of Daily Secret to start a series of personal projects. In 2017, he joined Amplifier, that introduces some of the world’s most dynamic startups in Eastern Europe, starting with Thrive Global, Arianna’s Huffington new venture.
